Experience:
- Supervision in Higher Education, Lecturing at Postgraduate and undergraduate level: Geography and Research, Researcher in: Teacher Migration and Higher Education Issues linked to student Drop-Out.
Accomplishments:
- The publication of several peer reviewed papers in my niche areas, a book on the status of migrant teachers in SA, on the boards and committees of national and international bodies relevant to my research and teaching interests.

- 2012: by the Australian Multicultural Interaction Institution for Innovative research in a Changing and Challenging world based on paper: Covert Research: Don’t Throw the Baby out with the Bathwater.

- Vetting applications for Overseas funding for Africa girls learners to complete their schooling in KZN, SA.
- Assisting the School of Management (Prof A Singh) to craft an Accounting method module to develop teaching Strategies and competences in the classroom.
