About
Ms. Nokukhanya Ndlovu is a lecturer in the Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy discipline and teaches modules within this discipline. Her research interests include leadership and policy issues in education, lived experiences of early-career academics, and self-reflexive methodologies. She supervises postgraduate students in the BEd and Masters’ programmes. She is currently reading for her doctoral studies focusing on early-career principals leading in deprived school contexts. In 2020 she was a visiting scholar at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City.
